[RULING] Intercept rules
Intercept rules!
Previously I would always run them that you could only intercept on the round in question and before you took your turn, forcing tanks to hold their actions, and with the upcoming ruling about holding actions, this will become exceptionally restrictive!
After a long hard fought battle with Ayth, Ayth has won.
You will now be able to intercept on a round even if you have taken your turn that round, by sacrificing you turn on the next round (Or your next turn, if you somehow have multiple turns)
Additionally you may only intercept ONCE per round, unless you have an item/augment/feature that lets you intercept more than once per round, when it comes to boss rules, you get a number of intercepts equal to your turns on the turn order.
The main reason for this is the diversity of tanks, they are very static and rigid (Hah) which can be unfun, namely any tank that was investing in speed was getting constantly gimped and punished for investing in a potentially useful stat for them (Speed tanks are definitely a thing).

Re: [RULING] Intercept rules
This doesn't let you intercept more than once a round, right?

Technically it would. You could intercept prior to your turn and intercept using next round's turn after your turn, all within one round. You could also double intercept after your turn using next round's intercept and by holding your action to intercept for someone.
You could not intercept three times per round though as held actions don't carry over to new rounds.

Yes technically this is correct, however I am going to add a ONLY ONE INTERCEPT PER ROUND clause, unless you can find some form of flange that lets you intercept more than once.
Additionally boss rules circumvent this issue, in that instance you can intercept a number of times equal to your turns per round.

So basically. The more full actions you have, the more interrupts you can do.
