[QUESTION] Restorative Items causing take a breather
Is the target of a restorative item taking a breather(without medic training) a thing that you've purposefully added GM?
I ask because as written
"Applying Restorative Items, or X Items is a Standard Action, which causes the target to forfeit their next Standard Action and Shift Action, unless the user has the “Medic Training” Edge. "
pg 276 in Pokemon Tabletop United 1.05 Core

Honestly I think its a legacy rule carried over from 1.04 :/ We just never bothered to check again.
*edit: Nope, it reads the same there too. No idea where that came from, its just kinda always been a thing.
